poorly maintained room unhelpful staff
The location was acceptable, near many points of interest.
I was very disappointed with the room. It was smaller than expected and not well-kept (the air conditioning made a loud noise every few minutes), and the bedding felt rough. the staff was unhelpful when I asked about nearby attractions, lacking any advice.

Okay Location, Shabby Room
thin pillows tiny room
This hotel's location is alright, close to transportation. My room however was pretty bad. It was tiny. I struggled to fit my suitcases anywhere. The bed seemed like sleeping on concrete, and the pillows? Paper thin. I could hear every single person walking up and down stairs. I don't recommend it.

amazing location great value
excellent reception convenient location friendly staff
marco at reception was excellent he helped us a lot i found the location very convenient it was close to major attractions the hotel was very clean i liked it. the staff was friendly and always available i was impressed. breakfast had great options and the pastries were so tasty i loved the variety.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service
great location friendly staff clean room easy arrival
The location is great. I walked to st mark's square within minutes. The water taxi stop is just outside making arrival easy. The staff helped me with directions and recommendations, and they were always very polite. The room was cleaned every day, which I appreciated.
The breakfast choices were a little limited. I did find enough to eat each morning, but more variety would have been nice.

cramped room excessive noise
The room i was assigned felt cramped. there was not enough space for my luggage. the noise from the street was excessive. Sleep became difficult as a result. it was little sound insulation exists in the building. All noises echoed.
